Hi there! Welcome to "In the Gray", a space dedicated to exploring the complexities of living with mood, dissociative, and personality disorders. My name is Siena, I am a 25 year old Cognitive Science graduate who has a strong background as a patient in the Mental Health world. Hewolo! My name is Siena, I'm the creator of "In the Gray". Having been in therapy since 16 (so about 10 years), I have learnt so much about Mental Health and my unique experience with myself. I was diagnosed with many different DSM-5 diagnoses over time. But currently, I am diagnosed with and being treated for Bipolar 1 and Borderline Personality Disorder. I have lived through circumstances that led me to who I am today.
